Small Group Opportunities
Small Groups
God never intended anyone to try to live out their faith on their own. Develop relationships, grow closer to Jesus, and discover how God wants to use you to bless others. We have a variety of small groups that meet at different times and locations throughout the week. Contact our Adult Ministry/Discipleship team at arborhouse@unionchapel.com or 765-288-8383 x 242 to get plugged in.
Growth Groups
If you are interested in developing your faith, then Growth Groups will provide an opportunity to mature your walk with Christ. Growth Groups meet for six weeks on Sunday mornings. There are two six-week sessions every spring and fall. There are a wide variety of groups to choose from. To find a group that meets your needs, email arborhouse@unionchapel.com for the most up to date schedule or call the church.
Interest Groups
What do you have a passion for? Cooking, motorcycles, shopping, finance, golf, auto mechanics are just a few of the interest groups that are already in place or in the planning stages. There is no set agenda for interest groups...just opportunities for you to get to know others who have a common interest. So, put on your helmet, grab your spatula and contact our Adult Ministry/Discipleship team to join the fun.
Open Circle
This class is a small group of warm, caring, accepting persons joined in a pilgrimage to become more like Christ in our understanding, attitudes, and actions. Study is alternated between a book of the Bible and a book of Christian helps.
Crown Ministries
This small group study is designed to learn from God's word about personal stewardship of time, money and talent. The study leads participants into an in-depth look at their financial picture and evaluates it according to the principles of God's perspective on money. Participants produce a workable budget and then apply it accordingly. This ministry is applicable to all ages – teens, college, single and married. Financial counseling is available.
