Living Beyond Myself

Since we embrace that others matter, we will serve others' needs before our own. Anyone can find a place to volunteer. A big part of our time is spent equipping and training people as the Bible teaches us:

"He handed out gifts above and below, filled heaven with his gifts, filled earth with his gifts.  He handed out gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, and pastor-teacher to train Christ's followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ's body, the church, until we're all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God's Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ."  
Ephesians 4:11-12

It is not about us! God's desire is for us to be like Him and give of our talents, time, and gifts to others. There is only one you. And the world needs what you have to offer. At Union Chapel, we seek to provide opportunities for you to give.
