Interest Groups

An Interest Group is a group that meets to do an interesting activity. You can bring friends, co-workers, and neighbors in order to build meaningful relationships and reach out to those outside of Union Chapel.

Description: Get together to fellowship, share cooking techniques, and trade recipes. Some demonstrations will be given. We want to make cooking fun for all. Everyone is welcome!

Goal: Everyone eats. Most cook. We want to share our secrets, share our strengths, and learn new ways to cook, entertain & have fun at the same time.

Auto Mechanics

Description: A group of people that get together to learn and share their interest in cars and trucks. We help others in need and projects are encouraged.

Goal: Meet new people, learn from their experiences, share resources, exchange ideas, and have fun with others while working on cars.

When/Where: In the bus barn, behind the church, the second Sunday of each month at 4:00pm.

Bowling League

Description: A group of Christian bowlers getting together each week for fellowship and to enjoy bowling.

Goal: To form a group of Christian bowlers and reach out to others who enjoy bowling.

When/Where: Tuesdays from 8:30pm - 10:00pm at Rose City in New Castle.

Euchre

Ladies Exercise

Goal: To enjoy healthy activities while having fun with friends.

When/Where: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00-5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Martial Arts

Description: Martial Arts classes for adults and children (age 5 & up).

Goal: Enhance your balance, coordination and concentration while increasing your physical fitness.

Motorcycles

Goal: To develop a group of men, women, or teens who are interested in learning how to ride safely and who enjoy the fellowship of each other while riding or talking about motorcycles.

Christ Centered Yoga

Adoption Interest Group

Description: For couples who are intreested in exploring adoption options.

Goal: Members of the group will meet to share information about adoption, offer emotional support and most importantly to pray for one another. Couples who have successfully adopted may wish to participate or volunteer as guest speakers to encourage others.
