All 9th-12th Graders are invited to be a part of Converge every Wednesday through the school year.
Our High School Ministry can be defined by three words...
CONVERGE: to come together as high school students
:: to move or be directed toward each other or toward the same place or purpose
CONNECT: to connect with friends, with God and leaders who care
:: to join or fasten (two things together, or one thing with or to another); link; couple
COMMIT: to commit to the journey of walking through life together
:: to bind as by a promise; pledge; engage committed to the struggle
What happens at Converge? Each week is a little different but from 6:30-7:30, we gather in the Auditorium for worship, interactive teaching, and group discussion. From 7:30-8:30, the choice is yours... Challenge a friend to Guitar Hero, shoot some pool, play ping pong, grab food from the café, start a “pick- up-game” of basketball, or even grab some Homework-Help from an adult tutor in the Cafe Area. For a more relaxing evening, hit up the barista for a coffee, smoothie, or latte and engage in conversation with a friend or leader in one of the courtyard seating areas.
